An ISA Plug and Play adapter may not work with Windows 2000.
CAUSE
The ISA Plug and Play adapter memory registers can be programmed as either a base/limit pair or a base/length pair. When it is programming the base/limit pair, the Windows 2000 Isapnp.sys driver incorrectly computes the limit, causing some ISA Plug and Play adapter not to decode memory properly. As a result, the ISA Plug and Play adapter is not activated.
