If the HP Corporate drivers are unavailable for your printer or this procedure doesn't work, try one of the following methods:

Method 1: Printing a Project in Two Passes

  1. Open the project, and right-click the image that is not printing correctly. Click Copy.
  2. Open a Blank Paper Project. Right-click anywhere in the blank project, and then click Paste. Position the image where you want it to be printed.
  3. Print this page.
  4. Reinsert this page into the printer.
  5. In the original project, delete the original image, and then print this project onto the sheet you printed in step 3.
If the proportions are correct this should be a good approximation of what the project would look like had it printed normally.

Method 2: Convert the Image to JPEG Format

Save the image in Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) format and then import the JPEG image into the project.
  1. Open a blank Photo project.
  2. Insert the Gallery object and make any changes you want.
  3. Right-click the image, point to Save or send, and then click Save As.
  4. Under Click a folder note the folder where the image will be saved.
  5. Under Save as this type select JPEG Interchange Format.
  6. Type a name for the image, and then click Save.
  7. Follow the steps to add the new image to the Gallery, and then click Apply.
  8. Click Done. Close this project.
  9. Open the project in which you want to use this image.
  10. Click Add Something, point to Picture, and then click From my computer.
  11. Browse to where you saved the image. In the right frame, click the image, and then click Add.
  12. Position the image where you want it, add any other elements you want, and then print the project.
