When you use the Undo command to remove a new shape from a process engineering drawing, you may receive an error message similar to the following:
Visio internal Error #2123
Action 1017: Undo
First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when you add process engineering shapes within three units of another process engineering shape.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, delete the most recently placed shape instead of using the Undo command.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
