Visio maps banned sites in Internet Explorer Content Advisor (294045)

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Web Site Map Wizard to discover web sites, Microsoft Visio maps sites that are marked as banned in Internet Explorer Content Advisor.

CAUSE

Because Visio uses DHTML (Dynamic HTML) to map Web sites using the Web Site mapping solution, you cannot control the parsing of "Rated/Unrated sites" in Visio.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
