Visio2002: Cannot Save Docked Window Positions in Web Site Map Diagram (294030)

SYMPTOMS

When you reposition the docked List window and Filter window in a Web Site Map diagram in Microsoft Visio, and you then save and reopen the file, the windows unexpectedly remain in their original positions.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, move the List and Filter windows to the positions that you want after you open your Web Site Map diagram.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
