OL98: Monospace Font Is Not Retained When You Print a Message (293379)

When you use Outlook 98, and you print a message that includes a monospace font, the printed message does not retain the format that is displayed when you view the message in Outlook.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, copy and paste the text into a Microsoft Word document, and then print the document. You can also use a different text editor, such as Microsoft Notepad.
STATUS
The issue has been resolved in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
MORE INFORMATION
This issue is more apparent in mail messages that have the data formatted in columns, and in messages that are sent from a client computer that is not running Outlook.
