Show in Groups Menu Command Is Unavailable (293358)

If the contents of a folder are displayed in List view, and then
the Arrange Icons By Menu option is selected from the View menu, the Show in Groups command is unavailable.
RESOLUTION
To use the Show in Groups command, change the view to something other than List view.

The Show in Groups command is also not available on the desktop or in File Transfer Protocol (FTP) folders.
