OL2002: Close Button in Mail Options Dialog Box Not Completely Visible After You Change Resolution (293315)

SYMPTOMS

After you change your desktop screen resolution setting to 640 x 480, the Close button is not completely visible in the Mail Options dialog box.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the user interface does not automatically adjust to the desktop settings.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, increase the screen resolution to 600 x 800 or higher:
  1. Click Start on the taskbar, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Display, and then click the Settings tab.
  3. Under Desktop Area, move the slider to the right to increase the resolution, and then click OK.
