Clip2002: No Results Found in Wildcard Search (293307)

SYMPTOMS

When you search for clips, no results are found.

This occurs even when you know there are clips in your collection that should be found with the search text that you use.

CAUSE

Clip Organizer does not recognize wildcard searches for keywords.

This behavior can occur when you use a wildcard character in your search text. For example, if you use "ho*" to search for clips with the keyword "house", clips with the "house" keyword are not displayed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, use the entire keyword text in the Search text box. For example, search for the keyword "house" instead of "ho*".
