SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to gain access to the Internet, you may receive the following error message:
IExplore caused an invalid page fault in module enganche.dll

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have the Panda Antivirus program installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, visit the following Panda Software Web site to obtain the latest Panda Antivirus update:

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, uninstall the Panda Antivirus program. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Quit all Microsoft Windows programs.
  2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
  4. On the Install/Uninstall tab, click the Panda Antivirus program in the installed programs list.
  5. Click Add/Remove.
  6. Click Yes in response to the following question:

    Are you sure you want to uninstall this product?
