FIX: BCP with Format File and -R Parameter Ignores Regional Settings (293155)

SYMPTOMS
The command line BCP utility that is included with SQL Server 2000 ignores the -R parameter when you use a format file. The -R parameter specifies that currency, date, and time data is bulk copied into SQL Server using the regional format defined for the locale setting of the client computer. By default, regional settings are ignored.
