When you embed a Microsoft Visio drawing into a Microsoft Office program, the field code that represents that drawing appears as follows
instead of the expected field code:
=EMBED (Visio.drawing.10) CAUSE
Microsoft Visio uses "=EMBED (Visio.drawing.6)" to identify the embedded object, so that systems that contain both Microsoft Visio 2000 and Microsoft Visio 2002, can edit the object.
