OL2002: Transitioning from Offline to Online After Sending Does Not Put Item in Online Sent Items Folder (293068)

When using Microsoft Outlook 2002, if you compose a message offline and then you go online and allow Outlook to automatically synchronize and send your message, your message does not appear in your Sent Items folder.
CAUSE
This issue can occur because the message is sent from the Offline Folder file (OST) and the message does not show up in the online store until you manually synchronize your offline Sent Items folder with your online Sent Items folder.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, manually synchronize your offline Sent Items folder with your online Sent Items folder. To do so, click the Sent Items folder, and then press SHIFT+F9 to synchronize the folders. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
