OL2002: Information About Rule Account and Destination Folder Is Missing After Upgrade (293066)

After you upgrade to Outlook 2002, when you attempt to view a rule that was created in Outlook 2000 (Internet Mail Only), information about the rule account and the destination folder is missing.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, recreate the rule:
- Under Outlook Shortcuts, click Inbox, and then on the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.
- In the Apply changes to this folder list, click the appropriate Inbox, and then click New.
- Click Start creating a rule from a template, and then click the action that you want the rule to perform.
- Under Rule description (click on an underlined value to edit it), click the underlined values to specify conditions for the rule, and then click Next.
- Under Which condition(s) do you want to check, click to select the check boxes of the conditions to check for the rule, and then click Next.
- Under Add any exceptions (if necessary), click to select the check boxes of any exceptions, and then click Next.
- Type the name for the rule, and then click Finish.
