OL2002: Security Form Tab Offers No "Open" Dialog Box to Allow Add-in During Terminal Server Session (293061)

SYMPTOMS

When you click Add on the Trusted Code tab in the Outlook Security Form to add a new add-in program during a Microsoft Windows 2000 Terminal Server session, Outlook does not display the Open dialog box to allow you to add the add-in.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, administer this portion of the Outlook Security Form while you are not in a Terminal Server session.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
