OL2002: Appointment Reminder Rejects Value for Snooze Time (293055)

SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to manually enter a snooze time in an Outlook 2002 appointment reminder, the following error message appears:
The snooze time "n minutes before start" is invalid. Please enter a valid snooze time.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Outlook parser does not interpret "n minutes before start" if n is equal to a value other than those in the Snooze list.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, click a time in the Snooze list.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
