OL2002: Automatic Formatting Does Not Apply Category-Related Font Color Change in Custom Task View (293053)

SYMPTOMS

When you create a Tasks custom view that contains a formatting rule to change the font color for a specific category of content, the font color does not change.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, make a copy of the built-in Simple List view, and then customize it as desired:
  1. On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Define Views.
  2. click the Simple List view.
  3. Click Copy.
  4. Name the new view, and then click OK.
  5. In the View Summary dialog box, customize the view as desired.
  6. When you finish setting view criteria, click OK, and then click Apply View in the next dialog box.
