OL2002: Cannot Drag E-mail Names from the To: line to the Cc: or Bcc: Line (292998)

SYMPTOMS
When you are working on an e-mail message, you may not be able to drag a name from the To: line to the Cc: or Bcc: line.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, select the name that you want to move, press CTRL+X, position the cursor in the Cc: or Bcc: line, and then press CTRL+V.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
