OL2002: The Information Bar Is Missing In Messages (292976)

When you use Outlook 2002, the Information Bar may be missing on certain messages.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the Close original message on reply or forward option is not enabled when you move a minimized original message from the Inbox to another folder.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
