OL2002: The Send/Receive Menu Displays an Item with a Shortcut When You Add an Ampersand to the Send/Receive Group Name (292970)

SYMPTOMS

If you add a Send/Receive Group in Outlook 2002 by clicking the Tools menu, pointing to Send/Receive Setting, and then clicking Define Send/Receive Groups, and you use an ampersand (&) in the name, the ampersand does not show up in the name.

For example, "My Send&Receive Group" (without quotation marks) appears as "My SendReceive Group" (without quotation marks).

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, enter two ampersands together in the name.
