OL2002: Favorites Menu Does Not Respond to Keystrokes (292966)

SYMPTOMS
If you click the Favorites menu in Outlook 2002 and use keystrokes to access the links, the links do not respond.
For example, if you click the Favorites menu, and press the first letter of the link that you want to go to, such as the letter "Q" (without quotation marks), it should select the first favorite link that begins with the letter "Q," but there is not a response.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, use the keyboard arrow keys, (UP ARROW, DOWN ARROW, LEFT ARROW, or RIGHT ARROW) to navigate the menu to the correct link, and then press ENTER to make your selection.
