OL2002: Folder Assistant in Public Folders Lacks Document Properties in Outlook (292963)

When you use Folder Assistant Rules in Outlook, the Advanced Options of the Public Folder properties may not include the list of document properties.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because Outlook does not install the Mapif2.cfg, Mapif2l.ico, and Mapif2s.ico files in the C:\Winnt\Forms\Configs folder.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
