SYMPTOMS

If you send a Microsoft Word document by using the Send To feature, the Open in Microsoft Word 10 option appears if the recepient right-clicks in the Preview pane.

RESOLUTION

The Send To option opens the message correctly in Microsoft Word 2002.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
