OL2002: You Cannot Add to Favorites When You Are in Another User's Folder (292910)

If you click Open on the File menu, click Other User's Folder, and then click Add to Favorites on the Favorites menu while you are in another user's folder in Outlook 2002, nothing happens.

If you access another user's folder regularly, the best way to open the folder is to click Open on the File menu, and then click the folder in the Most Recently Used box. The folder is added to the Most Recently Used list if you open it by using this method, and then click the username and the folder.
