OL2002: Error Message: Could Not Find a Contact with this E-mail Address (292883)

This article was previously published under Q292883 SYMPTOMS When you receive a message from a Microsoft Exchange user
and you right-click the user's name in the To field, and then click Look Up Contact, you may receive the following error message:
Could not find a contact with this e-mail address
CAUSE This behavior occurs because the Look Up Contact option searches the local Contacts folder and does not search the
Global Address List. WORKAROUND To work around this behavior, search the Global Address
List for the name. To do this:
Double-click the name in the To field.
-or-
Right-click the name in the To field, and then click Properties.
