OL2002: Outlook Disregards Initial View on Folder Settings (292854)

If you change the Initial view on folder setting, the folder view may not change, even after you restart Outlook.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, use the Group By box to change the view:
- On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
- In the View Summary dialog box, click Group By.
