If Each Version of Windows Is on a Separate Partition, and FAT16 Is Used for Both Partitions
To install Office if each version of Windows is on a separate
partition and FAT16 is used for both partitions, follow these steps:
- Start Windows (either version), and then run the Setup.exe
file on the root of the Office CD to install Office.
- Restart the computer if prompted by Office Setup, and then
start the same version of Windows that you started in step 1.
This

to the same path as step 1. To do this, run the Setup.exe file on the root of
the Office CD.
- Restart the computer if prompted by Office Setup, and then
start the same version of Windows that you started in step 3.
