When ISA Server serves a Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP)
connection that uses TCP/IP for the stream data, the ISA Server Firewall service may stop responding (hang).
CAUSE
This problem can occur because of the method ISA Server uses to parse the stream in its buffer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for ISA Server 2000.
