XWEB: Messages Posted to Public Folders by Using NNTP Are Not Visible in Outlook Web Access (292529)

SYMPTOMS

If messages are posted to a public folder by using Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP), the submit date may be missing when you view the posting in Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA). By default, OWA sorts the view of posting by submission date, which causes postings without submission dates to be sorted to the bottom of the list.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
