SYMPTOMS

When you click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons in a new message, the full e-mail addresses does not appear in the Select Names dialog box.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the "Display Name" column is immediately to the right of the "Name" column, but hidden from view by the narrow list window.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the "Name" column to view the columns to the right after you open the Select Names dialog box. The "Display Name" column will display the e-mail addresses included in a contact's Display As field.
