When you start the Windows Media Load Simulator, you may receive the following error message, even though the test does not stop:
Failed to open, Code: 0xC00D001A, Description: The system cannot find the file specified.

If the load simulator generates the error message within the first few seconds and the test does not stop, the error can be ignored.
The Windows Media Load Simulator is a component of the Windows Media Resource Kit. The resource kit is an unsupported collection of tools.
