SYMPTOMS
If you disable and then later remove (or delete) an SMTP Filter Attachment rule, it may not be removed from the tool. Instead, it may become
corrupted. When this occurs, you cannot edit or remove the rule, and an entry that appears as a "disabled" icon appears, but the text title and description fields for the rule are blank.
You can configure SMTP Filter Attachment rules by following these steps:
- Start the ISA Management console.
- Click the server or array name, click Extensions, and then click Application Filters.
- Right-click SMTP Filter, and then click Properties.
- Click the Attachments tab.
