Web Page Displays Missing Plug-in Icon (291968)

When you access a Web page that uses the embedded version of Windows Media Player 7 for Mac, the missing plug-in icon appears, and you may be prompted to download the plug-in.
CAUSE
The following conditions may cause this behavior:
- You do not have Windows Media Player 7 for Mac installed.
- Windows Media Player is installed, but you are using an unsupported Internet browser.
- You have multiple installations of your browser, but you did not install the plug-in on the one that you are using.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, run the Windows Media Player Installer again and select the browser for which you wish to use the Windows Media Plug-in. For an alternate method to implement the plug-in, refer to the "More Information" section in this article.
