SYMPTOMS

You place a user-defined keywords field on a custom Outlook form, but when you print the form, the keywords field does not print.

WORKAROUND

If you need to print custom keywords fields, you can use Microsoft Word (or another program that supports Automation) as a report generating tool. A keywords field is designed to hold multiple values and is the same type of field as the commonly known Categories field, which is available on all types of Outlook forms. The Categories field, because it is a standard field, does print correctly.
