SYMPTOMS

Context sensitive help, or help of any kind, is not displayed for some key Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 1 (SP1) components. You receive the following error message when you click Help from any Calendar Connector or Mailbox Manager property page:

WORKAROUND

Manually find the Help topics in the Exadmin.chm Help file that is included with Exchange 2000 Server.
