SUMMARY Outlook can automatically schedule the use of resources for
conference rooms, vehicles, or AV equipment. This provides the automatic
sending of confirmations, and allows booking through e-mail messages as opposed
to requiring a direct network connection.
For more information about booking a resource
account, click Microsoft Outlook Help on the Help menu, type resource account in the Office Assistant or the Answer Wizard, and then click Search to view the topics returned.
