When a problem exists with postponement of reminders ("snoozing"), an error message may display the following information:
Cannot postpone the reminder. The operation failed. The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because of a delay in communication with the Microsoft Exchange Server computer, due either to a slow connection or to slow server performance.
