Troubleshooting Information

Meaning: The synchronization session was unexpectedly stopped or canceled. This usually occurs when there is a synchronization session going on when then the cluster is disbanded.

Effect: The current synchronization sessions will not be completed. The session must be restarted when the cluster is recreated if the synchronization is needed.

Possible Causes and Solutions

Disbanding the cluster: The cluster was manually disbanded during the synchronization session.

Network failure: A network failure ended the connection between the controller and the cluster member.

Hardware failure: A hardware failure has occurred, such as a disk or network adapter failure.

Solutions (listed in order of preference):
  1. Restart the computer.
  2. Use the Support Online link in the Events view.
