SYMPTOMS

When you copy files over the network to your local computer, you may receive the following error message:
Stop 0x0000003f (0x00000000, 0x00000010, 0x0000003f, 0x00005d6b) NO_more_system_PTES
Then the computer restarts.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if St. Bernard Open File Manager is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, contact St. Bernard Software to inquire about an upgrade or a fix.

WORKAROUND

To work around the behavior, remove the St. Bernard Open File Manager program.
