FP2002: Changing Background Color on Shared Border Applies Change to Wrong Border (291104)

SYMPTOMS

When changing the background color of a shared border, the color appears to have been applied to the wrong border.

CAUSE

The correct border was not selected in the Border Properties dialog box.

RESOLUTION

To change the background color of a shared border, be sure to select the correct border in the Border list in the Border Properties dialog box. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Open your web and the page you want to change.
  2. On the Format menu, click Shared Borders.
  3. Click Border Properties.
  4. In the Border list, select the border you want to change.
  5. In the Background section, click to select the Color check box. Click OK.
