When you open a new appointment or meeting request in Outlook 2002 and you click the Scheduling Tab, the time is in one hour increments.

With the previous version of Outlook, the availability time line was divided into two hour or one hour increments based on the System font settings.
Outlook 2002 does not provide this capability. The increment interval is preset to one hour increments.
