may receive the following error message: Out of Memory
or system resources. Try closing other programs to free up memory or other
system resources. RESOLUTION To resolve this behavior, change your Mail Format to International Options. To do this:
- Start Outlook 2000.
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Mail Format tab, click International Options.
- Change both the send this encoding for outgoing
messages and the send this encoding for unmarked received
messages options from User Defined to Western European (ISO) or Western European (Windows).
- Click OK twice.
NOTE: You must delete any messages in the Outbox before you try to
test the changes with a new message. After the Outbox is empty, new messages
should send properly.
