Microsoft support engineers can help explain the functionality of a particular procedure, but they will not modify these examples to provide added functionality or construct procedures to meet your specific requirements.
Unlike a Visio.Shape object, the Visio.Document object does not have a ShapeSheet. Instead, it has a DocumentSheet property, whose cells represent properties of the document.

To reference the cells in a Visio.Document object, the DocumentSheet property must be assigned to a Shape object.
Public Sub DemoDocumentSheet()

   Dim docSheetShape As Visio.Shape

   Set docSheetShape = ActiveDocument.DocumentSheet

   ' Change the value of the document's OutputFormat cell.
   ' Valid values are:
   ' 0   Printing
   ' 1   PowerPoint slide show
   ' 2 HTML or GIF output

   docSheetShape.Cells("OutputFormat") = 2

End Sub

To examine the cells in the DocumentSheet in Microsoft Visio, follow these steps:
  1. On the View menu, point to Window, and then click Drawing Explorer.
  2. In the Drawing Explorer, right-click on the drawing's name, and then click Show ShapeSheet.
