Use the following steps to create a client-side rule to automatically print a message directly to the printer:
  1. Start Outlook.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.
  3. Click New Rule.
  4. Click to select the Check when messages they arrive check box, and then click Next.
  5. Click to select the From People or Distribution List check box, click the people or group from the address book, and click then Next.
  6. Click to select Print it from the list.
  7. Click Yes when you receive the following prompt:

    You are selecting a rule that will be incompatible with earlier versions.

  8. Add any exceptions, and then click Next.
  9. Type a name for the rule, click Run the Rule Now, and then click Finish.
While you have Outlook running, each new message that arrives in your Inbox will automatically print, using your default printer.
