WORKAROUND
There is a work around for this problem itemized in the following steps:
- On the Recording Templates tab of the properties of the MA, click Record Templates.
- Click Record this MA's templates to it's working directory.
- Click to select the Update this MA from it's working directory's templates located at check box.
- Note the location of the working directory. Close the properties of the MA.
- In the working directory on the server, edit the following files: Exp.uat (Foreign Entries Update Add template), Exp.umt (Foreign Entries Update Modify template), Exp.udt (Foreign Entries Update Delete template). Add the tabs and format these templates in the manner that you want the export file to be created.
- After you edit the files, save them, and then quit the editor. In Compass, click the MA.
- Run the "Update Management Agent" action.
- Use the Design MA action to verify that the changes have been applied to the MA's templates.
