SUMMARY

When you open a new appointment or a meeting request in Outlook 2000 and you click the Attendee Availability tab, the time appears in one hour or two hour increments.

This time incremental setting is determined by how you have your System Fonts set on your Microsoft Windows Operating System. Use the following steps to verify the System Font setting:
  1. Right-click a blank space on your desktop, and then click Properties.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Click Advanced.
  4. Under Display, Font Size, click either Small, Large or Other.
  5. Click Apply to save the changes. The changes do not take affect until you restart your computer.
If the System Font setting is set to Large, the time is set at two hour increments. If the System Font setting is set to Small, the time is set to one hour increments.
