RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, follow these steps in the order that they appear in.

Copy the Contents of the CD-ROM to Your Hard Disk

  2. Type a name for your folder, such as MoneyCD, and then press ENTER.
  3. Hold down SHIFT and insert the Money CD-ROM into the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive. The SHIFT key prevents the Setup program from running automatically.

  5. Right-click your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, and then click Explore.
  6. On the Edit menu, click Select All.
  7. On the Edit menu, click Copy.
  8. Right-click the folder that you created in step 2, and then click Paste.

Clean Boot the Computer

When you start Microsoft Windows normally, there are a number of programs that start automatically and run in the background. These programs, which may include antivirus and system utility programs, may sometimes interfere with the installation of a new program. When you perform a clean boot before you install a new program, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.
