FIX: Failed Server-Side Retail Assertion in Merge Replication with SQL Server CE Clients (290082)

SYMPTOMS
The following publisher-side retail assertion may appear in the SQL Server error log of a SQL Server 2000 publisher with multiple SQL Server 2000 Windows CE merge replication clients:
SQL Server Assertion: File: <tr_rechost.cpp>, Line = 558
Failed Assertion = 'NULL == pRSCB->pServerError'.
This assertion will most likely occur when multiple subscribers are synchronizing concurrently.
CAUSE
This failed assertion is caused by an internal SQL Server memory leak.
