The Outlook Address Book is missing after you install Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003 from a share (290001)

This article was previously published under Q290001 SYMPTOMS After you install Microsoft Outlook from a share, your
installation may not contain the Outlook Address Book. CAUSE This behavior occurs because the customized transform that
is used when you install Outlook does not include the Outlook Address Book
functionality. WORKAROUND To work around this behavior, ask your administrator to use
Outlook's Custom Installation Wizard to create a transform that includes the
Outlook Address Book functionality, and then use that transform to reinstall
Outlook.
