On a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Terminal Server Edition in Application Server mode, when you try to use Outlook 2002 to synchronize offline folders, synchronization does not work even though you can enable the settings.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because offline store files (OST) are not supported on Windows Terminal Server in Application Server mode.
